I met Paul on Dallas Rd. with his beautiful labradoodle Kaya. I had bought my camera only days earlier and just as I was about to take the photo, realized my batteries hadn't been charged. Paul kindly handed me his iPhone and I very clumsily, managed to finish the shoot. Lesson learned: charge your camera as well as yourself before a shoot. The house behind Kaya just happens to be Emily Carr's House of All Sorts.
